INVITATIONS AND INVITATION CODES

Subscribers may be issued invitation codes which they can dispense to other relatives, family members, friends, and acquaintances to enable them to subscribe the Growthpars Inc website www.growthpars.com herein after known as the website.
Growthpars Inc. has the right at its sole discretion to cancel, delete, modify, alter, change, or take any action to the invitation codes and the invitation codes program at any time and without prior notice.
The invite code sharing subscriber by making an invitation to others, agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The Invitee, by responding to an invitation and / or using an invitation code agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Invitation codes should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. Invitation codes should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia).
Issuance of subscriptions shall be at the sole discretion of Growthpars Inc. and is subject to internal processing.
Growthpars Inc. reserves the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend/amend/cancel this Offer, with or without any reason.

REWARDS POINTS

Growthpars Inc. allows registered subscribers to the website (an “subscriber”) to be eligible to earn promotional points (“Rewards point”) through invitation and invitation codes.
Subscriber by making an invitation to others, agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which become part of the Growthpars Inc. and the websites Terms of Service. Terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the Growthpars Inc. and the website’s Terms of Service.
Growthpars Inc. subscribers may earn Rewards points if: (i) a referred friend uses an invitation code from the invitation codes issued to the invitation code sharing subscriber when the invited friend is subscribing to create a valid Growthpars Inc. website eligible account that complies with our Terms of Service; and (ii) the invited friend completes the subscription and payment process of Growthpars Inc, and the website fully.
The maximum Rewards points per invited subscriber will be 15 Rewards points (or its equivalent* if we support it, with a value of 1 Rewards point limited to a maximum of 1 USD. Growthpars has the right to change this without notice), unless indicated otherwise in the invitation or accompanying promotional materials.
The maximum total Rewards points that any subscriber is eligible to receive shall not exceed 250,000 points. This may change at any time without notice.

REDEEMING REWARDS POINTS

Rewards points may only be redeemed via the Growthpars Site, Application and Services. Rewards points are issued for promotional purposes.
You are responsible for any Tax consequences, if any, that may result from your redemption or use of Rewards points. Where applicable, Growthpars Inc. may be required to account for VAT on any services for which the Rewards points are redeemed.
It is the sole responsibility of the subscriber to fully comply with the requirements and requests of Growthpars, and provide any information and/or documentation required by Growthpars for the subscriber to be eligible for Rewards points redemption.
It is also the sole responsibility of the subscriber to avail the required methods and means set forth by Growthpars at the time of redemption to allow the redemption process. Growthpars shall not be held liable if the subscriber fails to comply with Growthpars requirements, requests, methods of redemption of Rewards points or otherwise.
Issuance of Rewards points shall be at the sole discretion of Growthpars Inc. and is subject to internal processing.
Growthpars Inc. reserves the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend/amend/cancel this Offer, with or without any reason.

MULTIPLE INVITATIONS

An invited friend may only use one invitation code. If an invited friend receives invitation codes from multiple Growthpars subscribers, only the corresponding subscriber of the invitation code used by the invited friend will receive Rewards points.

INDIRECT REWARD POINTS

A subscriber might be eligible to receive Rewards points when a new subscriber subscribes using an invitation code supplied to him from an existing subscriber that has an active subscription and is in full compliance with Growthpars terms and conditions, and the inviting existing subscriber’s invitation code can be traced directly, in a one to one, direct, and uninterrupted line of related invited subscribers that are connected to the eligible subscriber.
The amount of indirect Rewards points cannot be more than half of that of the maximum Rewards points per invited subscriber mentioned in the Rewards section of these terms and conditions.
The issue, dispense, credit and all matters related to indirect Rewards points is based on the sole discretion of Growthpars Inc. in all aspects and every regard, and can change at any time without notice.


TOKENS

The tokens program is a program in which the subscriber gives permission for the use of his device to process calculations. By accepting to participate, the subscriber allows Growthpars and any of its affiliates and partners access to the subscribers device. The subscriber allows that at his own risk, and no warranty is provided by Growthpars or any of its subsidiaries, partners, affiliates, or otherwise.
The subscriber can earn token units for the amount of calculations that has been done on his device. This is determined by Growthpars at its sole discretion.

TERMINATION AND CHANGES

Growthpars may suspend or terminate the invitations, Rewards points, and tokens or a user’s ability to participate in the aforementioned at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove invitations, Rewards points, and tokens if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Growthpars Terms of Service or Payments Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all invitation activities or otherwise and to suspend accounts or modify invitations, Rewards points, and tokens in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming Rewards points or tokens can change at any time.

WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you will enjoy using them. But there are certain things that we don’t promise about our Services.
Other than as expressly set out in these terms or additional terms, neither Growthpars nor its suppliers or distributors make any specific promises about the Services. For example, we don’t make any commitments about the content within the Services, the specific functions of the Services, or their reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs. We provide the Services “as is”.
Some jurisdictions provide for certain warranties, like the implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties.

LIABILITY FOR SERVICES

When permitted by law, Growthpars, and Growthpars’s suppliers and distributors, will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
We recognize that in some countries, you might have legal rights as a consumer. If you are using the Services for a personal purpose, then nothing in these terms or any additional terms limits any consumer legal rights which may not be waived by contract.
You will hold harmless and indemnify Growthpars and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
